Were growing fast and needexperienced sales leadersto take charge. As a Sales Leader at Mpower youll do more than hit numbersyoullbuild coach and lead a high-performing sales team setting the tone for success while helping more communities go 100% renewable.
What Youll Do
Lead from the front: canvassing neighborhoods educating customers and driving renewable energy enrollments.
Coach your team: train new sales reps share best practices and build a competitive culture.
Drive results: set targets strategize and execute campaigns with the management team.
Represent with integrity: educate customers accurately follow compliance and build trust.
Stay knowledgeable: keep up on renewable trends sales strategy and company updates.

Who Were Looking For
Proven experience insales leadership canvassing or direct sales
Solar or renewable energy background aplus
Confident communicator who cantrain motivate and close deals
Organized self-starter with atrack record of hitting and exceeding targets
Full-time availability:Monday Friday 11 AM 8 PM
18 High school diploma or equivalent
