Updates tool configurations and data to facilitate effective ITSM processes.
Monitors tool performance and troubleshoots issues.
Trains users and provides technical support for ITSM tools.
Drives and owns the IT Asset Reclamation process (End-user Machines).
Identifies creates and coordinates Problem Records for Non-Major Incidents (Proactive Problem Management)
Updates creates and maintains internal IT and End-User Knowledge Base articles (Knowledge Management)
Audits validates and corrects relevant ITSM data (e.g. CMDB Tickets Locations)
Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field required.
Three (3) plus years of experience.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments.
