Schedule: Part Time. Normal schedule will be 16-24 hours per week.

How youll contribute

A Registered Nurse who excels in this role:

  • Oversees employee health on boarding requirements and maintains current employee health files.
  • Monitors annual PPDs vaccines and respirator fittings.
  • Tracks work related illnesses injury and blood borne pathogen exposures.
  • Develops and implements departmental goals plans and standards consistent with the clinical administrative legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
  • Directs and evaluates departmental operations including patient care delivery information technologies service level determination and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
  • Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
  • Other duties as requested

What were looking for

Applicants should have a current North Carolina state or compact state RN license. Additional requirements include:

  • Applicants should have a current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license).
  • Associates degree in Nursing required. Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
