Your Tasks
Role Purpose:
The Operations Manager is responsible for desining delivering and overseeing operational and training strategy for our outsourced team of Supervisors and Dermoadvisors as well as for the Sales Force of our key customers. Additionally they are responsible for quantifying the impact of these actions in terms of Sell Out MS and profitability ensuring the maximum and most effective business impact possible.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop & ensures the strategy of our DAs in terms of coverage and frequency of stores vistis in our different customers. Also aligns with our customers the implementation of this operational plan.
- Defines and tracks the monthly performance targets of our Dermoadvisor team (SO brand knowledge and plan coverage). Per store region and national scale
- Analysis and study of competitors in the market to adjust strategies. Builds the monthly competition activities report.
- Develop and implement the training strategy for the Agency team (Supervisors and Dermoadvisors) and the sales force of our main customers aligned with our innovation and promotional campaigns for the year both in-person and virtual. Define the annual training game plan by channel/category.
- Define and track performance KPIs for the Agency team: Sell Out (including MS by region) knowledge level execution and profitability. Also define the optimal coverage (routing) for the team to ensure a high impact in terms of SOB and Budget.
- Conduct post-mortem analysis for key training campaigns (mainly innovations).
- Develop BTL campaigns (Activation) for strategic customers to enhance the shoppers buying experience such as the Visit schedule.
- Ensures the execution of different loyalty programs for the Multibrand DAs of our customers. Also the propose targets of the incentive programs (push moneys) for the sales force team of our customers.
- Preparation and submission of weekly reports on task management and work plan compliance. Also in terms of SO performance indicators.
- Ensure tracking results monthly and that local action plans are in place by control and execute the Annual Budget (MB) for training as well as the portion of the Budget related to sales tools for Dermoadvisors: Minis/Sachets Testers (FoC) and Promotional items.
- Guide the Operational Plan and communicate the monthly and quarterly implementation plans to the internal team and Agency.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with POS agencies.
- Collaborate with marketing S&CM operations sales and customer sales teams to create and implement training plans.
Your Profile
