Our client is a privately owned group of companies consisting of a dedicated team committed to delivering high quality commercial construction and industrial electrical telecommunications and security projects.

This professionally operated organisation has operated within the industry for over 20 years growing to be a major player in the industry with four offices and a track record of successfully delivering multi-million-dollar landmark projects.

Due to the continued growth within the organisation we are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide a high level of administration and operational support to the General Manager.

Primary Objectives

As an Executive Assistantyou will be reporting to the General Manager and responsible for ensuring efficient coordination prioritisation and management of key tasks and commitments.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high-level administrative and scheduling support to the General Manager including managing calendars meetings travel and expenses
  • Prepare and coordinate reports presentations meeting documents and tender submissions
  • Oversee daily office operations including supervising reception and maintaining administrative systems and records
  • Support staff onboarding processes (onboarding inductions offboarding) and coordinate team events to foster workplace culture
  • Provide administrative assistance for reporting system implementations and process improvements
  • Support special projects change initiatives and internal/external communications with accuracy and professionalism

Key Skills and Attributes

The successful candidate for this position will be highly organised passionate and enjoy contributing to the successful administrative operations.

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant or similar senior administrative support role ideally supporting an executive-level manager
  • Exhibits complete confidentiality and reliability in all dealings with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail while remaining flexible and proactive in adapting to evolving needs.
  • Takes ownership of tasks with initiative and problem-solving skills while working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
