Whats the Job

As a VP of Client Operations Data you will be reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Data Operations. You will be responsible for onboarding data for new and existing clients. You will be fixing any issues that come up working closely with clients regarding inquiries or related matters and overall acting as the main point-person for our clients in connection to all data matters.

Your goal will be to maximize our clients satisfaction through high-quality interactions along with improving processes through automation and streamlining. This will be done through developing metrics dashboards and KPIs to monitor client servicing data quality timeliness and operational efficiency.

This is an on-site position 5 days a week in their Manhattan office.

What Skills Do You Need

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms and working with technology teams on integration and workflow alignment.

Experience with Snowflake (or equivalent cloud data warehouse) APIs and workflow automation tools.

Excellent communication skills and interest in interacting with stakeholders.

You ideally have a background and knowledge of financial data audit or M&A.
