The Transition RN Fellowship at Marian Regional Medical Center prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a new specialty unit.

Our next RN Transition Fellowship program start date will begin March 16th 2026.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN Work Experience to be eligible for this program.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience required.
• Graduate of Accredited RN school of Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse with current CA License and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider card required.
• ACLS
• Successful completion of a formal Dignity Health interview process; the overall scoring of the interview consensus will be taken into consideration in determining the selection of candidate(s).
• Current employees: Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions within the past twelve(12) months and with at least a Meets standards on the last 2 performance evaluations.
