Job Summary
Arηs Group Part of Accenture is seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with hands-on experience in Flowable BPM and Elasticsearch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable backend systems and workflow automation solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain BPMN workflows using Flowable.
- Integrate and optimize search capabilities using Elasticsearch.
- Collaborate with front-end developers DevOps and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews unit testing and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
- Document technical designs processes and procedures.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years experience with Java and Spring Framework.
- Proven experience with Flowable BPM (or similar BPM engines like Camunda or Activiti).
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Elasticsearch.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g. Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
