Job Summary
As a Spa Therapist youll warmly greet each guest and deliver a 5-star experience through a variety of treatments from massages to facials ensuring every visit exceeds expectations while upholding our highest standards of professionalism and hygiene.
Youll stay knowledgeable about our products and services proactively anticipating guest needs and offering personalised recommendations to enhance their journey. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to handle inquiries and resolve any concerns smoothly further elevating the guest experience.
With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to impeccable grooming youll help create a serene welcoming spa atmosphere where every guest feels valued and relaxed.
Qualifications :
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy Remedial Massage or Certificate IV in Massage
- Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of massage techniques wellness practices and healthy products
- Ability to attentively focus on guest needs while remaining calm courteous and professional at all times
- Genuine passion for hotel operations and a true commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience
