Job Summary
Syracuse NY Full-Time
Do you have hands-on experience with low voltage security systems and a passion for solving technical challenges At IK Systems were seeking a Technician II to deliver best-in-class installation and service for critical security and life safety systems.
What Youll Do
Install and service large-scale networked low-voltage security systems including access control surveillance intrusion detection and structured cabling
Support integrated solutions such as life safety audio-visual building automation and endpoint security
Collaborate with project teams to ensure systems are delivered on time and to the highest standards
Troubleshoot maintain and optimize systems to meet customer needs
Represent IK Systems as a trusted partner on-site building strong customer relationships
What Were Looking For
3 years of experience in low-voltage installation and service
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to travel (<25% nationally)
