Position Summary

A leading global supply chain management company of agriculture commodities for feed and fiber is seeking a self-motivated individual for our Eloy Warehouse team located in Eloy AZ. This role will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Unload receivables from open and enclosed freight trucks with forklift.
• Inspect and verify receivables at delivery against packing list for damages and discrepancies and document all findings on master packing lists.
• Perform daily inspections of machinery and document findings.
• Participate in regular safety meetings.
• Maintain daily targets of inbound and outbound loads.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in facilities.
• Assist with facilities maintenance such as building repairs yard maintenance or landscaping during any downtime.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Proven experience as forklift operator.
• Ability to learn inventory software and scanners.
• Ability to operate at a maximum height of 20 feet.
• Ability to operate equipment and complete responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Ability to identify which tools are necessary and safe for a particular job.
• Hand and eye coordination to complete material handling equipment operation tasks.
• Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments with the use of proper safety equipment and personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work overtime when requested by management team.
• Able to read numbers align products check material for quality and concentrate on tasks for several hours at a time.
• Ability to clearly communicate with all team members.
• Able to stoop bend lift squat kneel crouch and twist.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to recognize safety hazards and follow site procedures.
