Own the client relationship and oversee project execution from discovery to delivery.
Manage scopes budgets and schedules while acting as the primary client contact.

Align client goals with production capabilities and marketing strategy.
Forecast resource needs and collaborate with department leads for allocation.
Identify and communicate scope changes growth opportunities and renewal options.
Track performance metrics report progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement of Blayzers project processes and client service model.
47 years of blended experience in project management and account management within a digital agency.
Strong technical understanding of web and eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify BigCommerce WordPress etc.).
Proven track record of managing multiple clients and complex web builds simultaneously.
Advanced communication leadership and analytical skills.
Experience with Zoho Basecamp and time tracking/reporting systems.
