Our client an independent Sales and Lettings agency in Southampton is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator.

You will play a key role in driving sales growing market share and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and progressing residential sales and lettings transactions
• Conducting viewings and providing professional advice to clients
• Assisting with valuations and property listings (experience beneficial)
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering high-quality customer service at every stage
• Working collaboratively within a driven and supportive team
• Actively contributing to business growth and performance targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential sales and/or lettings (essential)
• Valuation and listing experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional articulate and well-presented
• Positive attitude and excellent telephone manner
• Highly motivated organised and reliable
• Good local market knowledge
• Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
• A professional and proactive approach to estate agency
