- 5 years of experience in HR/People analytics with at least 2 years specializing in the assessment of talent management performance or organizational health (e.g. tenure time in level promotions span of control).
- Proven ability to design develop and drive research programs from end-to-end.
- Experience leading strategy to define research methodology and aligning partners and stakeholders on the approach deliverables and likely timelines.
- Outstanding communication data visualization and storytelling skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences.
- Hands-on experience producing analysis and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau Excel Dataiku etc.
- Bachelors degree.
- Masters degree or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology Social Sciences Statistics Economics or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with SQL & Python
- Familiarity with advanced analytic techniques such as regression predictive modeling or organizational network analysis.
- Experience defining product requirements for and launching analytics products such as dashboards or web applications.
- A combination of in-house corporate and external consulting experience.
- Experience working in a global role or within a large matrixed organization.
