Job Description:

At Regions the Home Improvement Financing Funding Services Representative is responsible for handling outbound and inbound funding request calls and processing loan funding addition this role is responsible for reviewing and processing loan documentation while ensuring compliance with the Banks polices and controls.

Regions Home Improvement Financing a division of Regions Bank engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers distributors franchisors trade groups and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.

Primary Responsibilities

• Processes loan documents loan document requests and voids & reissues loan documents
• Processes loan application withdrawal requests
• Reviews signed loan documentation and opens the borrowers loan
• Processes loan funding requests
• Handles Funding Management System (FMS) outbound and inbound funding request calls
• Works under general supervision ensuring the Banks procedures and controls are followed

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidates qualifications and relevant experience.

Schedule of Role:

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm MT

Please note the below compensation is for full time associates with a 40hr work week.

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience skills knowledge contribution job location and most importantly performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
