Work youll do

Event Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events including conferences seminars workshops corporate meetings webinars and networking events
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event objectives and translate them into impactful experiences aligned with firm priorities
  • Oversee research and evaluation of potential venues vendors and suppliers; negotiate and recommend options based on strategic fit budget and quality standards
  • Manage full event logistics venue selection catering audiovisual setup transportation delegate management and on-site operations ensuring seamless delivery
  • Coach and mentor junior team members and external vendors during event setup registration and on-ground execution
  • Oversee event branding and creative development in collaboration with designers ensuring consistency with Deloittes brand guidelines and visual identity

Vendor & Operations Management

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with vendors and partners ensuring quality compliance and cost-effectiveness across all event engagements
  • Ensure business relationship checks and onboarding processes for new and existing vendors are always updated
  • Oversee event-related assets supplies and inventory ensuring operational readiness and efficient resource use
  • Support the management and fulfilment of the firms merchandise store and explore new ideas

Budget & Administration

  • Manage event budgets monitor expenditures and ensure cost control and financial accountability
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts invoices and payments ensuring compliance with procurement and finance procedures.
  • Conduct post-event reviews to for feedback and areas for continuous improvement where required

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Events Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in event management with proven track record in leading large-scale or high-profile corporate events
  • Strong project management organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to engage confidently across all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online collaboration tools; experience with event management platforms is an advantage
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail resilience under pressure and a drive for excellence
