Position: Permanent Full Time Hybrid
What Will You Do
Your Impact: As a Service Contract Coodinator you will play a critical role in supporting our Service Operations team by:
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on contract terms service options and product capabilities.
- Review expired agreements and assess upsell and continued business opportunities.
- Engage with customers to maximise renewal value and tailor service agreements to their needs.
- Collaborate with field service technicians sales teams and service managers to align on customer strategy.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes manage follow-ups and handle objections effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to field leadership and coordinate service resources to ensure closure.
- Develop customised proposals that highlight the benefits of STERIS service offerings.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers to support long-term retention.
- Monitor and manage pipeline progress ensuring timely movement.
- Position STERIS service agreements as value-driven solutions for customers.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience through proactive communication and support.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business customer service or sales preferably with exposure to contract management.
- Demonstrated strong communication negotiation and analytical skills with excellent organisational capabilities.
- Proven ability in problem-solving time management and a process-driven approach with high attention to detail and adaptability.
- Experience in stakeholder management including the ability to conduct challenging conversations professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems and Oracle/Siebel is highly desirable.
