Reports To: Team Leader Service Support
Position: Permanent Full Time Hybrid

What Will You Do

Your Impact: As a Service Contract Coodinator you will play a critical role in supporting our Service Operations team by:

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on contract terms service options and product capabilities.
  • Review expired agreements and assess upsell and continued business opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to maximise renewal value and tailor service agreements to their needs.
  • Collaborate with field service technicians sales teams and service managers to align on customer strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes manage follow-ups and handle objections effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to field leadership and coordinate service resources to ensure closure.
  • Develop customised proposals that highlight the benefits of STERIS service offerings.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers to support long-term retention.
  • Monitor and manage pipeline progress ensuring timely movement.
  • Position STERIS service agreements as value-driven solutions for customers.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience through proactive communication and support.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business customer service or sales preferably with exposure to contract management.
  • Demonstrated strong communication negotiation and analytical skills with excellent organisational capabilities.
  • Proven ability in problem-solving time management and a process-driven approach with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Experience in stakeholder management including the ability to conduct challenging conversations professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems and Oracle/Siebel is highly desirable.
