Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for holistic student care Were looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our Health Centre team at Timbertop Campus. This position is offered on apermanent part-time basis (0.8 FTE).
About the Role
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager/Associate Nurse Unit Manager and the Campus Business Manager this role is central to the day-to-day operations of the Health Centre. Youll provide emergency nursing and pastoral care working closely with medical and welfare staff and external providers such as doctors and physiotherapists.
We are looking for an Nurse with strong emergency care skills a natural rapport with adolescents and a collaborative flexible approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and first aid to students staff and visitors
- Manage illness injuries and emergencies with professionalism and empathy
- Liaise with allied health professionals school staff and families
- Administer medications and maintain accurate health records
- Provide health screenings and supervise inpatients with care
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with OH&S and regulatory standards
What Youll Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in adolescent health emergency care or school nursing (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to student wellbeing and holistic care
