THE IMPACT YOULL MAKE AS OUR EXPERIENCED SECURITY FLEX OFFICER:
This is an on-call flex role requiring availability for 40 hours per week with a guaranteed minimum of 24 hours. Flexibility is key-shifts will vary depending on client and business needs.
As our on-call Experienced Security Flex Officer youll be the eyes and ears of safety-serving and safeguarding clients across diverse industries such as commercial real estate healthcare education and government. Youll patrol designated areas monitor for suspicious activity enforce regulations and respond quickly to incidents with professionalism and precision. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to demonstrate leadership protect others and represent E.K.G Securitys standard of excellence. This role requires adaptability reliability and pride in upholding safety wherever you go.
OUR IDEAL EXPERIENCED SECURITY FLEX OFFICER:
- 21 years of age
- Active Blue card
- Authorization to legally work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- 2 years of security military or law enforcement experience
- Knowledge on how to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Ability to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Willingness to complete crisis prevention training
- Willingness to complete site-specific training before serving as a qualified security officer
- Flexibility to be on-call and work any shift 24 hours per day seven days per week
- Effective English communication skills both verbal and written
- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
Having an associate degree is preferred but not required!
