Job Summary

Role Summary

This role is responsible for executing moderately complex reinsurance processes with a strong focus on accuracy timeliness and compliance. The Reinsurance Associate applies a solid understanding of procedures and systems to deliver high-quality outputs and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute reinsurance processes with accuracy and efficiency using established systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and support operational needs.
  • Prepare and validate monthly reports and data outputs for assigned markets.
  • Maintain and update exception documentation and system records.
  • Support treaty and product implementations through accurate system inputs.
  • Resolve non-routine issues using defined procedures and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and contribute to process improvements.
  • Deliver high-quality work that impacts team performance and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate in any field
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word PowerPoint Excel)
  • Familiarity with SQL Python and PowerBI is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fast learner with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Consistent attendance and reliability
  • Team-oriented mindset
