Job Summary

Job Description:

As a Legal Specialist you will work under the supervision and lead of a Legal Counsel to perform the following:

Assist legal counsel to provide legal support for the daily operations of two final assembly lines and the Wide Body Project at the Tianjin Final Assembly Line.
Assist legal counsel with general legal support including advising on HR law issues and preparing legal documents. The primary focus of this support is on general procurement contracts as well as other matters concerning company law commercial law real estate and regulatory compliance for Airbus subsidiaries and JVs in Tianjin.
Manage and maintain accurate and timely corporate filings and records for all relevant Airbus subsidiaries and JVs in Tianjin ensuring compliance with regulatory and administrative rules. This includes preparing for and attending board meetings as well as drafting minutes and resolutions.
Support the ethics & compliance and export control teams in implementing Airbus compliance policies and processes to ensure all business activities are conducted with the highest legal and ethical standards.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Companys success reputation and sustainable growth.
