About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Collision Estimator to join our this role you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage preparing accurate repair estimates and working closely with customers insurance companies and technicians to ensure a smooth repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using estimating software (e.g. CCC ONE).
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers regarding repair plans and costs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Update customers throughout the repair process and ensure satisfaction upon completion.
- Maintain organized records of estimates supplements and repair orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
- 2 years of experience in collision estimating or auto body repair.
- Proficiency with estimating software and understanding of repair procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
