Summary of position-
The Executive Account Manager is responsible for managing the departments clients aircraft and operations. This position has interaction with the operators setting up logistics irregular operations and maintaining financials for all aspects of the trips.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
- Maintain the flight calendar sending updates to the operators and sharing internally.
- Set up all logistics required for each VIP customer.
- On call 24/7 for any irregular operations.
- Perform coordination of services for contracted trips for clients including communication with operators and vendors and coordination of catering arrangements transportation and other services as required.
- Facilitate communication and assist with the processing of paperwork between ground transportation companies destination management companies hotels resorts and clients.
- Arrange airport procedures including customs and immigration vehicle ramp access and landing requirements.
- Create Trip-coordination trip briefs manifests and all associated paperwork.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team as necessary for trip requirements.
- Provide contingency planning and detailed flight tracking.
- Sourcing of aircraft options in case of irregular operations.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities-
- Ability to manage a varied list of duties and tasks.
- Grow company culture; act as an ambassador of the PJS brand.
- Ability to manage a list of demanding high-end clients.
- Proficient in Excel Word CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative / self-driven.
- Attention to detail highly organized.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Education & Experience-
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years experience preferable in the private jet industry.
Schedule & Travel-
- This is a remote office-based job assigned to one of the established work shifts within the department which may/will include weekend and evening hours as required/needed and frequent work hours beyond forty (40) hours per week.
- Ability to travel as required up to 10%.
Miscellaneous-
- FLSA Status- Exempt.
