In this position

This position is for a Security Generalist - Executive Protection and focuses on delivering the security strategy and industry best practices.

***Candidates must be flexible and able to work across 1st 2nd or 3rd shifts as shift assignments may change based on operational needs

Responsibilities

What youll do

  • Provide comprehensive security services including access control executive protection and emergency response for executives staff and visitors across Ford properties and executive residences.
  • Monitor and manage security systems including fire and security alarms access control CCTV and radio communications.
  • Conduct patrols report unusual observations and maintain daily activity logs.
  • Offer driving services for top-level executives.
  • Handle emergency notifications and protect sensitive company information with confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate ability to perform under pressure during critical emergency situations.
  • Be adaptable to various security roles (Executive Security Driver Residential Security Executive Security Coordinator).
  • Maintain 24/7/365 availability including off-shifts weekends and holidays with flexibility to change shifts as needed.



Qualifications

Youll have

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5 years of experience in law enforcement OR 5 years military experience.
  • 1 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • 2 years of experiencedriving in an Executive Protection capacity.
  • Possess a Concealed Pistol License (CPL) or meet the state requirements to obtain one within 1 month from date of hire.
  • Possess a valid Drivers license.

Even better you may have

  • Bachelors degree is highly preferred.
  • Possess a Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) or meet the requirements to obtain one within 1 month from date of hire.
  • 5 yearsclean driving record.
  • Have prior driving school training.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal team building and communication skills.
