Job Summary

Producers Midstream is an equity backed midstream service provider located in Dallas TX.
Office Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day clerical operation and maintenance of the Plant/Field office and as needed related facilities.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:
  • Answer incoming calls and caller inquiries whenever possible.
  • Receive sort and distribute mail.
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail (e.g. FedEx UPS etc.)
  • Compile daily/monthly operational reports.
  • General clerical duties. e.g. photocopies data entry.
  • Coordinate receipt distribution and return of inventory sent from Dallas office.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Provide administrative support as directed by manager.
  • Maintain office filing systems and other records management.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments as directed by manager.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Handle any questions or concerns related to day-to-day office issues.
  • Work assigned shift and be available for overtime if needed.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required and other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all internal state and federal regulations.
  • Complete all training as directed by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of:
  • Computer usage and Microsoft Office (or comparable) products.
Ability to:
  • Observe and take remedial action on equipment issues.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
  • Maintain effective working relationships.
  • Deal tactfully and cost-effectively with vendors.
EXPERIENCE and TRAINING GUIDELINES
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

Preferred Education and/or Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent helpful. A minimum of 1-year related experience.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED and EXERCISED
  • Reports to the Director of Operations
  • Works independently with general supervision and direction of duties.
WORKING CONDITIONS

Environmental Conditions:
  • Working indoors primarily at a workstation using a computer and standard office equipment.
Physical Conditions:
Essential and other important responsibilities and duties require maintaining physical condition necessary for:
  • Remaining in a stationary sitting position for prolonged periods of time.
  • Using hands and eyes to use computer.
  • Verbally communicating with both internal and external contacts.
  • Occasionally lift objects no more than 50 pounds unassisted.
