Manager – Premium Sales

Job Overview:

The Manager Premium Sales is responsible for generating PKR 28M ($100K) in monthly upsell revenue by leading strategic sales initiatives in close collaboration with the Customer Success team and subject matter experts. This role combines hands-on sales execution with high-level pipeline management and serves as a key driver of revenue growth within the existing client base. The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales track record strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet ambitious growth targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a quarterly upsell plan to achieve a $1M Annual Recurring Revenue target

• Create a Customer Success-friendly qualification and handoff playbook within 45 days

• Train 100% of Key Account Managers and Support agents on a commercial cue card for each add-on within 60 days

• Maintain pipeline coverage at 3 and produce a 90-day sales forecast with 5% accuracy

• Establish an approval matrix and ensure deals close within an average cycle time of 30 days or less

Qualifications:

• Candidates should hold a Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing;; foreign education is a plus.

• They should have 57 years of experience in B2B sales or account management with strong skills in sales strategy negotiation CRM and team coordination .
