About the Role
Were seeking a Concrete Batch Plant Dispatcher / Manager to lead and coordinate batching operations across multiple job sites. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on organization communication and leadership. Youll manage production schedules oversee operators and drivers and ensure our concrete meets specifications and gets delivered on time every time.

What Youll Do
Coordinate daily concrete production and dispatch schedules across multiple job sites
Manage and lead batch plant operators drivers and support staff
Ensure consistent quality control and adherence to mix designs
Oversee setup operation and maintenance of batching plants
Communicate with site superintendents foremen and project managers to align production with schedules
Track and manage material inventory and logistics across multiple plants
Monitor equipment troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs
Promote and enforce safety standards and environmental compliance
Maintain accurate production delivery and maintenance records
What Were Looking For
Experience: 5 years in concrete batching plant operations or dispatching
Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and operations across multiple job sites
Knowledge: Understanding of mix designs batching processes and quality control standards
Skills: Excellent communication multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Technical: Familiarity with batching control systems or dispatching software is a plus
Certifications (Preferred):
ACI Certification
OSHA 10 or 30 Construction Safety
CDL (Class A or B)
