Position Overview:
CNS is thrilled to welcome a talented and driven CDL Instructor to one of the fastest-growing CDL Driver Training Center teams in the country. This role offers exciting growth opportunities as youll report directly to our Vice President of Operations for our Driver Training Center. Its a rare once-in-a-career chance to be part of a team driving industry-defining excellence.
As a CDL Instructor you will be responsible for delivering engaging hands-on training to students setting clear objectives and evaluating trainee performance. Youll prepare the truck driving range maintain accurate records and provide mentorship and support to help students succeed. Youll also collaborate with the VP of Operations to manage equipment maintenance and stay current on industry regulations and compliance. On-site travel for contracted training may be required.
This role offers cross-training opportunities within the company and the chance to contribute to classroom instruction as needed.

Important Final Note:
