About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cyber Security Analyst to join our growing security team. You will assist in monitoring detecting and responding to security threats while learning from experienced professionals.
You will be joining a growing Crick Cyber Security Team. The Cyber Security team exists to ensure the Confidentiality Integrity and Availability (CIA) of Crick data and systems. They will work with other ITO teams and stakeholders from a variety of levels across the Crick including project sponsors operational teams science and external partners. You will need to forge close working relationships across all of these.
You will be involved in reviewing and monitoring cybersecurity tools responding to any alerts or potential incidents whilst learning from experienced professionals.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in cybersecurity. You dont need a background in cybersecurity just a genuine enthusiasm for the subject and a drive to learn fast.
