What awaits you/ Job Profile | - ManageSAP SD module operations covering both functional and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with other SAP module consultants for seamless cross-module and non-SAP integrations.
- Support day-to-day operations throughincident handling ticket resolution and SLA adherence (ITIL-based).
- Configure SAP SD processes in alignment with evolving business and market needs.
- Providedesign specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Maintainfunctional documentation including AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
- Preparetest cases user manuals and execute unit integration and system security testing.
- Deliverpost-go-live support and collaborate with clients through meetings calls and workshops.
- Continuously proposeprocess improvements to enhance SAP SD operations.

What should you bring along | - SAPCertification in SD.
- Minimum6 years of advanced functional experience in SAP SD.
- Strong knowledge ofAgile methodology with experience usingConfluence and Jira.
- Experience withtest management tools such asJira X-Ray.
- Hands-on background inITIL-based operations with SLA-driven delivery.
- Strong problem-solving analytical and collaboration skills in complex SAP landscapes.

Must have technical skill | - SAP SD (R/3) Functional withentry-level debugging capability.
- Advanced expertise inSAP SD module configuration and integration with other systems.
- Strongdebugging skills for issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience inunit integration and security testing.

- Practical knowledge of analysing and resolvinglive SAP SD operational issues.
