Summary:
The Employee Health Case Manager primary role is to facilitate appropriate and timely health care with the focus on safe employee return-to-work and the return to maximum functionality. The Employee Health Case Manager-RN conducts investigations for reported injury/illness cases. This is accomplished by providing the communication coordination and education required to optimize outcomes across the continuum of health disability workers compensation and disease management.
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
Education:
- 5 years RN experience required.
- 5 years adult experience preferred.
- Occupational Health or Case Management experience preferred.
- Workers Compensation experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
Certification/Licensure:
- Current Texas RN license.
- Basis Life Support (BLS) certification for Health Care Providers required within 30 days of employment and must be maintained per Medical Center Policy MC 175.
