Empowering Instruction with Purpose:
Teach adult learners in classroom online or hybrid settings
Deliver instruction in math reading writing social studies science and digital literacy
Provide one-on-one coaching and group instruction at pre-college levels
Administer assessments and track student progress
Organized & Student-Focused:
Maintain accurate student attendance and educational records
Organize and update student files and documentation
Communicate effectively with students and team members
Attend staff meetings and training sessions
Collaborative & Mission-Aligned:
Contribute to team efforts and program goals
Promote CWIs values through words and actions
Support continuous improvement in adult education delivery
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree required
Certification or degree in Education preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to student success and lifelong learning
Additional Instructions For Applicants:
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring managers discretion. All candidates must reside within or be willing to relocate to a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
