Clinical Role: Pathologist

Full time permanent position
Rotating Call approximately 1:4
Join a team of 3 full-time Pathologists
General surgical pathology sign-out with a role in oversight of the clinical laboratories
Clinical laboratory tests including surgical pathology and cytopathology specimens
Volume is approximately 13000 surgical specimens per year
Approximately 5000 gynecologic cytology specimens and 1000 non-gynecologic specimens per year with occasional rapid on-site evaluation
Involved in clinical consults which primarily include evaluation of peripheral blood smears and blood bank serology
Involved in general surgical and breast cancer conferences
No autopsies are performed at this hospital.

Active MA license
