Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialisation and process validation expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative innovative and detail-oriented teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the industrial validation of assemblies and parts designed by the Centre of Excellence for Interiors driving efficiency and quality in production. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Interiors Lead Engineers Special Processes Experts and Project Industrial Managers) coordinate with external suppliers and lead process reviews among other responsibilities.
Youll specifically take care of validating product manufacturability and integration in Rolling Stock (RS) but also contribute to defining industrial requirements and improving standard solutions.
Well look to you for:
Defining and integrating industrial requirements and constraints into the design process
Validating product manufacturability and ensuring alignment with supplier or internal capabilities
Checking consistency with integrator site manufacturing processes and overseeing implementation
Participating in risk analysis and leading Process FMEA activities
Organising and leading Industrial Design Reviews with suppliers and integrators
Ensuring follow-up of first parts realization and process setup

Degree in engineering or equivalent
5 years of experience in industrialisation preferably in the railway or a related industry
Knowledge of joining technologies assembly techniques mechanical dimensioning methods and FMEA methodology
Proficiency in CATIA V5 and DMA software
Familiarity with logistics requirements and SAP systems
Strong ability to specify technical requirements
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Experience working in an international and matrix organization environment
