Working Week and Pay:

- Additional Pay:
- 250 for completing Therapeutic Training and in-house delivery.
- Bonuses for achieving Ofsted outcomes and service milestones.

Requirements / Non-Negotiables:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Residential Childcare with young people.
- Age: At least 22 years old (childrens homes regulations).
- Driving: Valid driving licence required.
