Working Week and Pay:
- Managerial/On-Shift Time: 50/50 split (20 hours each; 40 hours/week 173 hours/month).
- Overtime: Paid.
- Salary: 30450 to 36750 for 40 hours (50 per sleep completed).
- Additional Pay:
- 250 for completing Therapeutic Training and in-house delivery.
- Bonuses for achieving Ofsted outcomes and service milestones.

Training:

Requirements / Non-Negotiables:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Residential Childcare with young people.
- Age: At least 22 years old (childrens homes regulations).
- Driving: Valid driving licence required.
