Job Summary
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Periodically review of the tasks carried out by the external accounting team.
Perform day-to-day accounting and analytical tasks including journal entries analysis reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
Analysis of variations and explanation of deviations. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare the Non-Financial Information Statement (NFIS - EINF) and financial statements in accordance with local GAAPs.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary accurate and reliable documentation and information.
Direct relationship with the external auditors with whom this role will be a key interlocutor within WTW.
Collaborate developing and implementing accounting and taxes policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights.
Preparation and analysis of quality and reliable information for Boards of Directors and other interested third parties.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and manage the preparation and filing of taxes (corporate income tax VAT transfer pricing etc.).
- Monitor changes in accounting and tax regulations assess their impact on the company and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with proved experience in Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and taxes preferably in a multinational environment.
Good knowledge of local GAAPs US GAAPs and tax regulations.
Advanced level in English.
Proficient in MS-Excel and Database.
Proficiency in accounting software Oracle is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
