The Plan Member Administration (PMA) team is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to support the team in managing and optimizing data processes for plan sponsor onboarding and ongoing administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity and operational excellence directly contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality service to our clients. Youll work in a dynamic collaborative environment where your expertise in data and communication will help shape the future of PMA operations.
Position Responsibilities:
Clean validate and organize incoming plan member data from plan sponsors to ensure readiness for system ingestion.
Collaborate with clients to clarify data requirements and provide guidance on formatting and submission standards.
Conduct audits and data comparisons across multiple systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of data-related issues during onboarding and amendment processes.
Partner with internal teams to improve data workflows and contribute to process enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 35 years of experience in data analysis or data management roles.
Proven experience working with large datasets and data cleaning processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables formulas data validation).
Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. Data Analytics Business Information Systems).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Group Benefits or insurance industry.
Familiarity with data ingestion processes and system integrations.
Knowledge of data auditing and reconciliation techniques.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated initiative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary range is expected to be between
