Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Principal Structural Engineer to join our growing team in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of structural engineering experience possess a deep understanding of complex structural systems and demonstrate strong leadership coordination and communication skills. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the strategic and technical direction of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the structural design and delivery of a range of projects across various sectors (e.g. buildings infrastructure transport commercial).

- Provide technical input in all stages of project development from concept and feasibility through detailed design and construction support.

- Manage and review structural analysis and design calculations for a variety of materials including concrete steel and composites.

- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes standards and regulations (e.g. SBC ACI BS AS etc.).

- Oversee the preparation of drawings reports specifications and design documentation.

- Provide technical mentoring and support to senior and engineers.

- Participate in design reviews value engineering exercises and risk assessments.

- Engage with clients attend meetings and represent the company in a professional and technical capacity.

- Deep understanding of structural behavior in concrete steel and composite systems.

- Demonstrated ability to lead structural design on medium to large-scale projects.

- Advanced proficiency in structural analysis and design software

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of post-graduate experience in structural engineering.

- Chartered with a recognized professional institution (e.g. ICE IStructE Engineers Australia or equivalent) is preferred.

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters degree is an advantage).
