Job description
We are seeking an experienced and creative Innovation Consultant to join our team at HUED. This role is ideal for a visionary professional who thrives in fast-paced collaborative environments and has a passion for driving impactful innovation across industries.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities aligned with business strategy.
Lead workshops design sprints ideation sessions and stakeholder interviews.
Conduct market customer and competitor research to inform innovation strategies.
Apply frameworks such as Design Thinking Lean Startup and Agile for developing testing and iterating concepts.
Design and manage innovation programs pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Evaluate new ideas for feasibility viability and desirability using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Collaborate with product marketing finance R&D and operations teams to bring innovations to life.
Create compelling business cases and presentations for executive stakeholders.
Monitor global innovation trends startup ecosystems and emerging technologies.
Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal innovation capability building.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation:
Bachelors degree in Business Design Engineering or a related field.
MBA or Masters degree preferred.
Experience:
5 years in innovation consulting strategy product development or a related field.
Proven track record managing end-to-end innovation or strategic initiatives.
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and change projects.
Skills & Tools:
Deep knowledge of innovation methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking Lean Startup Jobs to Be Done).
Strong facilitation storytelling and executive communication skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in business model design and market analysis.
Creative thinker who thrives in ambiguity and drives execution.
Familiarity with tools like Miro Figma Power BI Tableau or similar is a plus.
Languages:
Proficiency in Arabic and English required.
