Job Title:Finance Manager (For Immediate Start)
Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of our financial leadership team. As Finance Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing strategic insights to support sound financial decision-making across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations such as budgeting forecasting cash flow management and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies procedures and internal controls.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with applicable standards and deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Support strategic planning and decision-making by providing financial analysis and business insights to leadership.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors banks and regulatory bodies.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff promoting continuous professional development.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g. Oracle SAP) for financial data management and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager Finance Director or in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment with a collaborative approach.
