We are looking for a Nurse Practicioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about patient transformation clinical excellence and delivering results that last in a full-time/ Part-Time/ PRN role serving the Des Moines metro. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams following Medi-Weightloss protocols
Order review and interpret labs and diagnostic tests (including ECGs)
Deliver program counseling preventive health education and supplement guidance
Prescribe medications in alignment with collaborative agreements
Document care accurately within EMR standards
Monitor patient progress adjust treatment plans and manage outcomes
Coordinate referrals and follow-up care to ensure patient success
Operational & Leadership Impact:
Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical oversight to medical staff
Participate in KPI reviews and quality assurance reporting
Lead or support clinical training for new team members
Contribute to the development and rollout of new programs services and protocols
Support efficiency and patient satisfaction initiatives across the clinic
