Your skills:
- Partnership Management/Business Development/Recruitment/Sales Experience;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships;
- Strong business sense and a passion for using data to make decisions;
- English B2.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in sales (selling services is best but not critical)
- Good understanding of how the IT market for juniors/middle-level candidates works.
What Youll Do:
- Search for new partner companies
- Building relationships for further hiring of graduates
- Increasing company awareness and loyalty to us
- Increase the number of hires
- Soon access to international companies and work in the international market.
