- Site Security: Key holding duties locking/unlocking premises and monitoring access points.
- Maintenance: Undertaking minor repairs (plumbing carpentry decorating) and general DIY tasks.
- Cleaning & Presentation: Ensuring grounds and buildings are clean tidy and fit for purpose particularly during periods of high demand.
