What are we looking for
Due to our international expansion we are looking for a Business Development Representative based in our sales office in Merrimack NH (USA) to expand our business in a sales territory.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new business sectors
- Identify and create leads in the CRM
- Call prospects and customers
- Provide commercial and technical support
- Create send and follow up on commercial offers
- Conduct prospecting on LinkedIn and other social networks
- Handle non-conformities
- Process incoming customer requests: certificates quality requirements etc
- Monitor order delays
- Follow up on customer files and commercial offers
- Other related tasks
Requirements
Bachelors degree or completed vocational training (e.g. in business administration economics engineering or similar)
1-2 years of experience in B2B sales particularly in new markets and industries such as pharmaceuticals or food.
Class B drivers license required.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
