Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Dayporter you will perform basic maintenance tasks. This includes housekeeping occupancy and custodial duties.
- General janitorial services throughout the facility
- Sweeping floors collecting and disposing of trash
- Cleaning and sanitizing common areas including lobbies break rooms and restrooms
- Replenishing restroom supplies such as toilet paper paper towels and soap
- Performing light maintenance tasks such as changing air filters and replacing light bulbs
- Monitoring cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms and shared spaces
- Responding to immediate cleaning needs or spills during the day
- Assisting with room setup or furniture arrangement for meetings or events
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate team
Must Have Skills: Customer Service skills
Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience and/or related background with industrial environment
Education: GED or HS diploma
