Job Summary

Job Title: QA Engineer Playwright / TypeScript

Location: Charlotte NC (Onsite 4 days/week)
Type: Contract

Overview:

Seeking a hands-on QA Engineer skilled in Playwright TypeScript and manual testing to validate and automate features for telemetry-driven enterprise applications across telecom cable and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and document manual test cases for assigned JIRA stories.
Approve PRs and validate post-deployment builds.
Automate validated features using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).
Maintain and enhance shared automation repositories.
Troubleshoot existing automation scripts.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.
(If assigned to Lighthouse Mobile focus on manual testing for Android apps).

Requirements:

Manual Testing: Strong in functional UI and regression testing.
Automation: Proficient with Playwright using TypeScript/JavaScript.
Ability to automate features post manual validation.
Familiar with Git and CI/CD workflows.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Android/mobile testing.
Knowledge of telecom/cable domains (routing switching).
Exposure to banking finance or healthcare applications
