Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in Application Management Services (AMS) and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) support. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability manage incidents and service requests deliver enhancements and collaborate with business and technical teams to maintain optimal SAP performance.
Key Responsibilities
Incident & Problem Management

Handle day-to-day SAP incidents service requests and problem tickets.

Analyze recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.

Ensure SLA compliance for all ticket resolutions.
Change & Enhancement Management
-
Gather and analyze business requirements for enhancements and change requests.
-
Conduct functional and technical impact analysis with regression testing.
-
Prepare detailed functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/integration teams.
User & Business Support
-
Provide L2/L3 support to end users across business functions.
-
Conduct user training documentation updates and knowledge-sharing sessions.
-
Participate in monthly business connect meetings to identify process improvements.
System Monitoring & Optimization
Governance & Reporting
Required Skills & Experience

8 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in Support / AMS roles.

Expertise in one or more SAP modules - HCM or Basis/Technical.
-
Strong understanding of SAP BTP infrastructure and Hyperscaler platforms.
-
In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and change management.
-
Experience with integration points between SAP modules and external systems.
-
Proficiency in preparing functional/technical specifications and conducting UAT.
-
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
-
Excellent analytical communication and client-interaction skills.

Flexibility to work in a 24x7 support model or rotational shifts if required.
