Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Project Manager to support organizational transformation and business planning initiatives within a leading corporate environment in Bucharest.

In this role youll help leadership teams navigate complex business strategies translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and ensure smooth execution across functions. You will combine business planning change management and project execution expertise to bring structure clarity and alignment to evolving business priorities.

This is a fixed-term contract position with the potential for extension offering a hybrid work model (Bucharest-based).

Tasks

Lead business planning and transformation initiatives ensuring strategic goals are translated into measurable outcomes.
Support leadership teams with data-backed insights performance tracking and strategic communication frameworks.
Develop and implement structured business rhythms that enable cross-functional alignment and effective decision-making.
Design and execute change management strategies to ensure adoption of new processes and ways of working.
Drive project governance reporting and risk management to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
Partner closely with finance HR operations and other stakeholders to align corporate objectives with local execution.
Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across teams and functions.

Requirements

47 years of experience in business planning project management or change management within a corporate or multinational environment.
Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident engaging with senior leadership.
Skilled at simplifying complexity driving alignment and enabling collaboration across teams.
Experience managing multiple initiatives in dynamic fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with tools such as Excel PowerPoint Power BI and project management platforms (e.g. Jira Asana or MS Project).
Fluent in English.
Bachelors degree in Business Management Economics or related field.
