Job Summary

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (C# Oracle PL/SQL WCF Healthcare HIPAA

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification:

Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to design develop and maintain complex n-tier web applications using C# and Web API.
Skilled in developing and maintaining modern responsive web applications utilizing HTML5 XML JSON AJAX JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Proficient in Oracle Database design and data modeling with strong experience in PL/SQL development including stored procedures packages indexes triggers views and table creation.
Hands-on experience implementing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integrations including development of web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) dynamic link libraries (DLLs) SOAP/RESTful APIs message and queue processing and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) components.
Experience in source code management and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Git.
Experience in user provisioning authentication and authorization using OKTA LDAP RSA and Access Manager.
Collaborated with UI/UX designers Business Analysts and Project Managers to define technical requirements project scope and delivery timelines.
Experience developing and maintaining healthcare applications and data containing Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Experience supporting and maintaining Human Resource list management systems in accordance with Civil Service guidelines.
