Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Senior Personal Injury Associate Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research providing legal advice negotiating settlements and preparing for trials. Additional duties involve drafting legal documents gathering and reviewing evidence and representing clients in court.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience and profeciency in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law
- Demonstrated exoerience with Depositions and Negotiations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage a caseload independently
- Experience with personal injury cases is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in New York state
